Bio

Sandy Walter is a Managing Director in Baird’s Equity Capital Markets group and advises clients within the Consumer and Real Estate sectors on all aspects of the capital raising process. He is responsible for the origination and execution of all equity-linked transactions including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, SPACs and at-the-market programs. Sandy joined Baird in 2004 and has served in various roles across the Investment Banking Practice including within both the Technology & Services and Real Estate Groups focused on M&A and equity-offering advisory. Sandy graduated from Bates College with a B.A. in Economics and received his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a concentration in Finance and Investment Banking.
