Bio

Mike is the Co-Head of North American M&A and a senior member of Baird’s Global Industrial Group and its M&A Fairness Opinion Committee. Since joining Baird in 2003, he has completed nearly 100 mergers and acquisitions and corporate financing transactions. Mr. Lindemann has extensive experience leading public and private company transactions within a broad range of sectors. During 2007, Mike served in Baird’s London and Frankfurt offices as a member of Baird’s International M&A team. Mike graduated from Bates College with a B.A. in Economics and received his M.B.A., with distinction, from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth where he was an Edward Tuck Scholar. Mike is very active in the community, serving on the Board of Directors of the Milwaukee Winter Club and on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer of the Pettit National Ice Center.
