Kevin is a Director in Baird’s Industrial Investment Banking team. Kevin joined Baird in 2010 and is primarily responsible for supporting Baird’s cross-border merger and acquisitions activities in China through financial and valuation analysis, due diligence and the preparation of marketing materials, and coverage of Chinese strategic and financial buyers. Prior to joining Baird, Kevin was a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked on a number of merger & acquisition transactions and other financial advisory services. Kevin received a B.A. in Finance from Fudan University.
