Bio

Chris Carlevato joined Baird in 2013 and is a member of the Technology & Services Group. Chris provides analytical support on equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions and other financial advisory services. Recent transactions include the sale of Valet Waste to Ares; the sale of Universal Services of America to Warburg Pincus; the sale of Trench Plate Rental Co. to Oaktree; and the initial public offering for ServiceMaster. Chris is active with Baird’s recruiting and is acting as co-lead for associate recruiting. Chris received his M.B.A., with high honors, from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and received his B.S. in Computer Engineering from Purdue University.
