Adam Huitt is a Managing Director in Baird’s Global Healthcare Investment Banking team focusing on the pharmaceutical services and related sectors including sub-sectors spanning from drug research, development and manufacturing through lab services and distribution. Over his investment banking and corporate strategy career he has advised a range of private and public companies in mergers & acquisition transactions, equity and debt capital raises and valuation and strategy assignments. Prior to Adam joining Baird in 2020, he served as Managing Director at BlackArch Partners where he headed the firm’s Healthcare practice. Prior to joining BlackArch, Adam was a senior member of the Healthcare Investment Banking group at Wells Fargo Securities, where he focused on pharmaceutical and healthcare services for over a decade. Prior to Wells Fargo, he worked in strategy and operational roles for Hewlett-Packard Company and Eaton Corporation. Adam received an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology.
