Vipul Barbhaya Bio

Vipul Barbhaya is a managing director in Riveron’s accounting advisory practice. Vipul is a results-driven, senior accounting & finance professional, M&A advisor and transformation leader with over 25 years of experience guiding middle-market companies, many within the Private Equity (PE) ecosystem. Most recently (from 2022 to 2024), Vipul served as a Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Operating Officer of a PE-backed, global, technology-enabled business services company. Prior to that he was an M&A leader and advisor to private equity investors, investment banking clients, and corporations. Vipul brings both expertise and experience in guiding organizations through mergers and acquisitions, pre-sale and post-closing accounting and finance transformation, integration readiness, technology enablement and performance improvement and optimization. He leads with strong analytical skills complemented by a deep understanding of risk assessment, aligning strategic direction with execution plans and change management.
