David specializes in both buy-side and sell-side tax M&A advisory and transaction-oriented tax matters for his 20+ year career in public accounting. David has provided tax analysis, transaction structuring, deal negotiation, financing, and integration support to strategic and financial buyers in transactions both international and domestic. His transaction experience covers a broad range of buy and sell-side M&A transactions encompassing acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, reorganizations, and bankrupt restructurings spanning a broad range of transaction structures and in various industries including energy/power and natural resources, industrials, transportation, retail and manufacturing. A former M&A Transaction Services Partner at Deloitte, David started his career with Arthur Andersen, LLP.
