Tom is an expert in advanced analytics and business intelligence and has significant experience with both public and private companies across a variety of industries including media, entertainment, consumer products, manufacturing, and financial services. Tom has 22 years of experience in data and advanced analytic leadership roles including positions at IBM, Grant Thornton, and JP Morgan Chase. Among many accomplishments in his prior roles, he has implemented an off-shore Intelligent Automation Service Center to deliver cost and quality improvements to both internal and external clients through the automation of rules-based business processes. In addition to this, Tom has also designed and managed a “full ledger” standardized audit platform to reduce data manipulation and processing time by 85%, improving product quality and accuracy significantly.
