Tim brings over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance leadership roles including designing and optimizing finance and accounting processes as well as enabling processes leveraging leading SaaS-based solutions. Tim has experience navigating private equity-backed clients through merger and acquisition-related transactions by determining an efficient integration plan and establishing key business processes. He has also provided significant improvements related to ERP design and implementation, corporate performance management, process transformation, and back-office finance integration with experience working with public and private companies across a variety of industries including aerospace and defense, technology, healthcare, energy, and services. In his experience, Tim has led cross-functional project teams to design and implement various finance and accounting business applications (ERP, CPM, Close Management Automation) through a proven process-focused methodology.
