Shaun is a corporate restructuring and reorganization professional with more than 20 years of experience across a variety of industries. Shaun is an accomplished C-level executive having held executive officer positions within industry and advised boards, management teams, and creditors of financially and operationally distressed companies. He has managed all aspects of the financial restructuring process, including developing business plans, performing valuations, raising replacement capital, asset dispositions, and structuring and negotiating plans of reorganization.
