Raphael Di Napoli is a former Big Four audit manager, CFO, and controller with over 18 years of experience leading teams in restructuring and turnaround, finance, accounting, controlling, tax, and audit. He has worked for different industries, such as oil and gas, energy, beverages, logistics, security, telecommunication, mining, real estate, and retail. Since 2017, Raphael has served as financial reporting and liquidity planning advisor to the Government of Puerto Rico. As a multilingual professional living and working in Brazil and the United States, Raphael has had the opportunity to work in various countries across Latin America, including Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, and Panama. Raphael has been the SSC controller and executive consultant for Brink’s, a global leader in secure logistics and security solutions, where he led several process improvement projects that helped the company to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and assisted with the transition of SSC from Miami to Bogota, Colombia. For Bravante, an oil and gas company that provides logistics and shipping services, he was the controller director/CFO, where he led the restructuring and turnaround process after BTG Pactual (one of the top investment banks in Latin America) became partner. As audit manager for Deloitte, he spent several years auditing public and nonpublic large companies in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS as well as auditing internal controls in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley.
