With more than a 15 years of corporate finance and business development leadership, David Brink has worked with a wide variety of companies in the areas of finance, strategy, and transaction advisory with an emphasis on middle market M&A. David has developed a transaction-oriented mindset and enjoys helping his clients get their deals done. He is able to evaluate problems in unique ways, which allows him to help clients come up with creative solutions. He has worked on deals in a variety of industries including aerospace and defense, government contracting, business services, technology and energy services, among others. David plays an active role in his community as a founding member of NextGen Now, an organization focused on encouraging young professionals to get involved in local philanthropy. David also works with local early stage investment organizations where he sources deal flow, analyzes business plans, and advises early-stage startups. He is also involved with the Baltimore chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). David is a native of Arlington, Virginia and has been in the greater Washington DC area for most of his life. Prior to joining Riveron, he performed business development and strategy planning for technology startups and worked as an investment banker for Houlihan Lokey.
