Roy Toledano Bio

With over 15 years of investment banking experience in Europe and Southeast Asia, Roy has advised on M&A, private capital raising, NASDAQ SPAC mergers, IPOs, and PIPE transactions for clients across Asia, Europe, and the United States. Prior to joining Rippledot, Roy led the Hong Kong M&A team at Evercore as a generalist banker, covering Southeast Asia with an emphasis on the Philippines and Vietnam. Roy advised founder-led businesses, corporate, and sponsor clients on corporate finance initiatives. Before his tenure at Evercore, Roy worked in the TMT team at Morgan Stanley in London, and in the M&A and Industrials teams at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in both London and Hong Kong. Roy has a MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
