Stuart is Managing Partner of Rickitt Mitchell and for over 25 years has successfully provided expert corporate finance advice on a range of mid-market transactions. In 2021 he was listed in the Northwest Business Insider's Professional Power List, selected as one of the 30 most influential figures across accountancy, law and private equity. Stuart has spent as much time on the buy-side as he has on the sell-side and has developed an in-depth knowledge of buyer and seller motivations and the many ways in which successful deals can be structured. He has worked extensively on cross-border transactions and during a 10-year period led a team that completed 20 acquisitions in the US and Europe for UK based international cyber security consultancy NCC Group plc, contributing to a peak market capitalization of £1 billion. Stuart is a Management Science graduate of the University of Manchester and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments.
