Anant Kapoor Bio

Anant joined Rickitt Mitchell as a Partner in 2024, having previously served as Managing Director at Lincoln International. He has over fifteen years of M&A experience predominately across the technology, media and telecom (TMT) industry including companies in IT Services, Software, Communications Technology and Digital Platforms sectors. Anant has developed deep industry expertise enabling him to confidently navigate his clients through the numerous opportunities available to achieve the best possible outcomes. Anant has advised both public and private businesses, as well as numerous privae equity funds on domestic and cross-border sell-side and buy-side transactions. Deals of note include the sale of JustPark to ParkHub and the sale of Bridgepoint portfolio company one.network to Causeway Technologies, a portfolio company of Five Arrows. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with EY, Anant worked at the M&A advisory boutique, Livingstone Partners. before joining the TMT M&A team at Canaccord Genuity. Anant holds a Master of Science (with distinction) from Bayes Business School and a Bachelor of Arts (with honours) from Durham University.
