Bio

Robert has over 17 years of experience in investment banking and finance and is currently an investment banking professional with Rice Voelker, LLC. In his career, he has completed over $22 billion of financing and advisory transactions for a variety of public and private companies, including debt and equity capital raises, M&A advisory, and chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings. Prior to Rice Voelker, he worked for 12 years as an investment banker at Jefferies & Company, where he most recently served as a Vice President in their Leveraged Finance Group. Robert received a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.
