Bio

Roco has over 3 years of experience in investment banking and finance and is currently an investment banking professional with Rice, Voelker LLC. During his career, he has completed over $10 billion of financing and advisory transactions for a variety of public and private companies, including debt and equity capital raises, M&A advisory, and chapter 11 restructurings. Prior to Rice, Voelker, Roco worked for 3 years at UBS Investment Bank, where he most recently served as an Associate Director in their Global Energy Group. Roco received a Bachelor of Science degree from Loyola University, where he graduated Cum Laude with concentrations in Finance and International Business.
