Oseas Zuluaga Bio

Oseas is the Chief Financial Officer at Revere Securities. He joined Revere in 2017, bringing decades of experience and leadership in securities and trading industries specifically in the broker dealer industry. Oseas served previously as acting Chief Financial Officer for Laidlaw & Company where he worked for 17 years before joining Revere Securities. Oseas brings expertise in US GAAP reporting, SEC reporting, corporate budgeting and forecasting, and cash and credit management. At Laidlaw & Co, Oseas was responsible for managing all financial operations at the firm, ultimately overseeing and ensuring the integrity, timelessness, transparency, and legal regulatory compliance of all financial functions. Oseas holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Hunter College. He also holds a FINRA Series 27 securities license with over 17 years of FINOP experience which includes all Regulatory filings and reporting.
