Bio

Mr. Fullman is a veteran and accomplished Wall Street strategist, with more than 40 years of experience in financial services. Recently joining Revere Securities LLC, he has a distinguished career providing international portfolio managers and traders with advice, investment and trading ideas, as well as customized solutions. Using his proprietary models and systems Mr. Fullman helps decision makers by attempting to outperform the broad market indices and averages while reducing capital risk and exposure. Among his accomplishments Mr. Fullman is an adjunct professor at Seton Hall’s Stillman School of Business and is a former instructor at the New York Institute of Finance (NYIF). He has written two text books and countless articles on finance and investing. His accomplishments have been recognized by the financial press and media, as well as the Market Technicians Association (MTA), American Association of Professional Technical Analysts (AAPTA), International Federation of Technical Analysts (IFTA), Hedge Fund Association (HFA), as well as by several exchanges. Scott is also a grader of qualification exams for IFTA and is currently president of AAPTA. During his career Mr. Fullman has advised and served on numerous industry committees, and his work has contributed or initiated in the development of Equity FLEX Options on the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE), platforms, products and operations at the International Securities Exchange (ISE), educational awareness at the Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX), and development of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF (SPY) by the American Stock Exchange (AMEX). Additionally he was the creator of the Hapoalim American Israeli Index (HAI), which traded on PHLX. Scott won the Bridge News “Top Trader Award” in 1996, and he placed in the top ten performers during the other six years he participated in the contest.
