Phil Maroun Bio

Phil Maroun, Principal, joined Renaissance Strategic Advisors in 2011. He brings over 12 years of experience as a management consultant in the aerospace and defense industry. He leads engagements in corporate strategy, market research, and M&A due diligence for clients across a range of A&D markets, technologies, and geographies. His work has encompassed over 50 buy- and sell-side diligences & 100+ market/strategy engagements for US and international primes, suppliers, startups, and financial sponsors across a range of aerospace end markets and value-chain segments, including advanced materials, aerostructures, aircraft interiors, propulsion systems, and related support segments, including training & simulation, ground support equipment, and MRO, modifications, & retrofits. His recent focus has been studying the global aviation landscape, including civil & military OEM positioning, tier 1 & 2 consolidation, and winning strategies/technologies across the supply chain. Phil is a graduate of the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, earning a B.S., Commerce, with concentrations in Finance and International Business.
