Valeria has nearly 15 years of experience in financial sector. She is responsible for the M&A and other consultancy projects. She has managed and participated in numerous M&A, capital raising, restructuring and other financial advisory projects of Redgate Capital. Represented both sellers and buyers, supporting client at all transaction stages. Valeria previously worked at the investment company United Partners and asset management company Evli Securities. Valeria has a doctorate in business administration from Tallinn University of Technology. She has previously graduated from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga with a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration and a master’s degree in business administration (cum laude) from Tallinn University of Technology.
