Bio

Mairo has over 15 years of experience in financial sector. He advises M&A and capital raising projects. He has managed and participated in numerous M&A, capital raising, restructuring and other financial advisory projects of Redgate Capital. Represented both sellers and buyers, supporting client at all transaction stages. Mairo has previous experience in IT, finance, commerce and manufacturing industries. Previously worked at asset management company Evli Securities and SEB Bank. He graduated from the University of Tartu with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and is currently obtaining a Master’s degree from the Tallinn University of Technology. Also, attended the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
