Kamal is the founder and Chairman of RCS Advisors. Under his vision and leadership, RCS has grown from strength to strength since its inception.Kamal has over 30 years of experience across industries and international geographies. Besides leading RCS, Kamal is also Managing Director of E.J. McKay & Co., Inc., a leading boutique investment bank and leader in China centric M&A advisory. Kamal has done his B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT, Mumbai (1989), MS in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University (1992) and MBA from Penn State University (1993).
