Bio

Abhishek is focused on M&A and Private Equity space with his experience in Corporate Advisory. He is also working on domestic companies in tie-ups with global companies for scaling up business. As part of the team working in the Private Equity space at RCS, Abhishek brings with him strong knowledge in Debt Syndication, Transaction Structuring and Corporate advisory through his past experience. He has previously worked with aXYKno Capital Services and was reporting to the board on strategic initiatives. Abhishek holds a Bachelor in Computers Science degree and a qualified Cost Accountant and Master in Business Administration from Nagpur University.
