Laetitia Boyle is senior vice president and head of Sales, Education and Engagement for Raymond James Bank. She is responsible for strategic sales and education initiatives to integrate banking solutions into the wealth management practices of 8,000+ financial advisors affiliated with Raymond James. Her team consists of external and internal banking consultants as well as Mortgage and SBL specialists who help generate new business opportunities for financial advisors and expand their suite of financial planning capabilities. Laetitia’s prior experience includes the Options Rotational Development Program, Corporate & Real Estate Banking focusing on senior secured debt investments in the Energy and Real Estate sectors and leading the buildout of Securities Based Lending at Raymond James. Laetitia has a Bachelor of Arts degree in international business from Eckerd College. Laetitia is the executive sponsor for Raymond James Bank & Trust's Diversity and Inclusion Council and an Eckerd College National Advisory Council member. She graduated from the Securities Industry Institute at Wharton and attended Developing Black Leaders in Financial Services at Columbia University. She also received the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 40 under 40 recognition in 2021. Laetitia serves as Treasurer on the board of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tampa Bay. Outside of work, Laetitia and her husband Ben have two children and love to play golf when they can.
