Michael co-founded Rada Capital in 2015. From 2008 to 2015, Michael worked at several leading development and investment banking firms where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, as well as in attracting strategic and financial investors. Michael has extensive experience in such sectors as real estate, renewable energy, infrastructure, agriculture, FMCG and others. From 2012 to 2015, Michael acted as an advisor to the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine on investment strategy. Prior to starting his career in investment banking, Michael had served for 8 years in the Economic Intelligence unit of Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine. Michael holds a PhD degree in International Economics and a Masters degree in Law with the specialization in international Corporate Law. During his 12 years in investment banking, Michael worked on more than 20 deals in M&A, financing and restructuring with the total deal size in excess of EUR 400 million.
