Bio

Tom is currently a Vice President at Quazar having joined the firm in 2019. Tom is responsible for the execution of all aspects of both sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions. Specifically he works on the creation of marketing materials, financial modeling, industry research, and supporting clients during due diligence. Tom has experience working on client engagements across a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, consumer, business services, and technology. Before joining Quazar, Tom worked at LoCorr Funds, an alternative investment firm, where he spent two years as a Research Analyst. Prior to that, Tom spent two years in the Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP) at Ameriprise Financial where he rotated through various accounting and finance groups.
