An experienced media executive turned investment banker, Meyerson has always been at the intersection of media, technology and finance. His career spans senior operating roles at Disney, New Line Cinema, Fox/News Corp., Oxygen Media and ViacomCBS. At Oxygen, Meyerson led the turnaround of the programming division, resulting in the sale of the company to NBCU. At ViacomCBS, Meyerson served as President of Programming and Development for ViacomCBS TV Distribution, where he was in charge of a TV studio operation that produced and distributed over 2300 episodes of television annually. As a banker, these positions give Meyerson a unique perspective as he has first-hand knowledge of the rapidly evolving ecosystem of the media industry and the competitive strengths and weaknesses of the players. His deep industry contacts with strategic investors, as well as media financial investors, is an advantage for any Qualia client looking to sell their business or raise growth capital. In between college and business school, Meyerson was an investment banking analyst at Shearson Lehman Hutton. He has produced several TV series and movies, including Dumb and Dumber, Inspector Gadget and Above the Rim. Meyerson has a BA in economics from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Stanford, and holds Series 7, 79 and 63 FINRA licenses.
