Shane Guenther Bio

Shane is a managing director with more than 10 years of experience providing strategic M&A and capital raising advisory services to healthcare companies. Prior to joining Quadriga Partners, Shane worked as an analyst at Valcor Advisors, a valuation consulting group serving various industries, including healthcare. His time with Valcor included executing complex financial modeling and analytical services for the fulfillment of regulatory and litigation requirements. Shane graduated from Colorado State University, where he received a BBA in Finance. He has been an avid snowboarder most of his life and takes full advantage of all the pristine terrain Colorado has to offer.
