Jim Chandler Bio

As Chief Operating Officer, Jim is responsible for day-to-day operations and strategic transformation. He works closely with the executive committee to develop and implement initiatives designed to improve operational capabilities that enhance the overall client, partner, and employee experience. In this role, Jim also oversees the finance, legal, staffing, and corporate development functions. Prior to joining Quadriga, Jim spent the last two decades in a variety of senior leadership roles within the healthcare and staffing industries. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and CFO for the physician staffing division of Health Carousel. Jim joined Health Carousel through its acquisition of Onyx M.D., a physician staffing firm he co-founded in 2005. He has also served on various business and industry boards including the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations (NALTO). Jim received a BSBA in Finance from the University of Denver and has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. Jim lives in Denver with his wife and two sons. While away from the office, you will most likely find him skiing, golfing, fishing, coaching youth sports, or attending local sporting events.
