Jason has more than 20 years of merger, acquisition, and capital raising experience. Prior to founding Quadriga, he formed the Healthcare Group at Headwaters MB, leading a team focused on buyside, sellside, and capital raising initiatives exclusively in healthcare services. Jason joined Headwaters from Morgan Stanley, where he concentrated on M&A execution. Prior to his time at Morgan Stanley, Jason worked for Koch Industries, Inc. in the company’s private equity and M&A groups. Jason received a BBA in Finance from Wichita State University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He lives in Denver with his wife and three children. Jason’s passion for faith, family, clients, and the Rocky Mountains get him out of bed every morning.
