During the course of his 20+ year career in investment banking and private equity, Ethan has completed numerous domestic and international M&A and recapitalization transactions for leading healthcare services organizations. Ethan focuses, in particular, on the necessary tech-enablement of the practice of medicine and therapeutic development within healthcare services, as the ecosystem evolves to meet the urgent requirements of value, efficiency and transparency. Specific subsector coverage includes pharma services, technologies and services driving therapeutic discovery and development, provider services (both multi-specialty and across the single-specialty spectrum), diagnostics / research tools and health technology including digital health. Ethan views all his advisory work through the lens the “triple aim” of system-wide improvement: achieving better care at a lower cost to a greater population. Ethan received his BA in Economics-Philosophy from Columbia and his MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School.
