Bio

Dennis joined Qatalyst in May 2015. He was previously with Deutsche Bank in its Technology, Media and Telecom Group in San Francisco. While at Qatalyst, Dennis advised Inphi on its $10.0B proposed sale to Marvell, Qualtrics on its $8.0B sale to SAP, CA on its $18.9B sale to Broadcom, Microsemi on its $10.2B sale to Microchip, Linear Technology on its $16.2B sale to Analog Devices, and QLogic’s on its $1.4B sale to Cavium. Dennis’ transaction experience prior to Qatalyst includes Alibaba’s $25B initial public offering, SunEdison’s separation of SunEdison Semiconductor and Qualcomm’s $2.5B acquisition of CSR. Dennis is originally from Beijing, China. He graduated summa cum laude from Santa Clara University, where he received a B.Sc. in Finance from the Leavey School of Business, and a B.S. in Mathematics.
