Chris Nee Bio

Chris joined Qatalyst in 2021 after completing a summer internship with the firm in 2020. He began his career as a management consultant with PwC where he spent 7 years working on Finance Transformation and M&A Advisory projects. Chris’ strategic and financial advisory experience includes Alteryx’s $4.4B announced sale to Clearlake Capital Group and Insight Partners, Splunk’s $29.6B announced sale to Cisco, Datto’s $6.2B sale to Kaseya & Insight Partners, Salesloft’s $2.3Bn majority sale to Vista Equity Partners, and Drift’s majority sale to Vista Equity Partners. Chris grew up in Seattle and received his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington and M.B.A. from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
