Gerry DeHaven Bio

Gerry DeHaven has over 30 years of investment banking, operating and consulting experience in the telecom, media, and technology (TMT) markets. Gerry’s investment banking experience includes M&A and debt and equity financings in a variety of TMT sub-sectors including cloud services, internet infrastructure, telecom, IT services, data center, and unified communications. He has longstanding relationships with the most active TMT private equity and debt funds and has been a trusted advisor to both emerging companies and industry leaders including Alteva, Atlantic Metro, BCM One, Bridgepointe, Broadvox, CallTower, CMS, Evolve IP, GTT, Ideatek, Intrado, IDT, Magna5, Mtel, NetAccess, NetFortris, NGT, OnSip, Pure IP, Star2Star, Simple Signal, SkySwitch, Speakeasy, StoragePipe, SwiftReach, Visionary Broadband, TPx, Transcend United, UNSi, VoiPLogic, and Wall Street Networks. Prior to joining Q Advisors, Gerry was the Founder and President of Iridius Capital Group, an M&A advisory and strategic consulting firm that worked primarily with communications and technology companies. In addition, Gerry has held senior management positions with several communications and technology companies and also co-founded several successful communications companies including Blink Data and Vista International Communications (acquired by ACC, now a division of AT&T). Gerry’s approach to investment banking reflects his deep operational expertise, long-term relationships, and tenacious pursuit of the optimal deal for his clients. Gerry is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has served on the Board of Directors for multiple communication and technology companies throughout his career. He received a B.S. in Business Administration from Marist College and completed the Rutgers Business School Executive Education Finance program.
