Craig R. Sager is a Managing Director at Provident Healthcare Partners. Craig has over 11 years of healthcare M&A experience via principal investing, corporate development, and sell-side advisory. He has executed over 30 transactions on both the buy-side and sell-side, in addition to other strategic initiatives across a wide range of healthcare industries. At Provident, he focuses on all phases of the advisory process, including sector identification, origination, negotiations, and deal execution. Craig began his career in the assurance and transaction advisory practices at EY, and has held roles at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, Optum, and Council Capital. Craig received his BS from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and his MSA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He has served as a mentor and coach of several youth sports programs in both Boston and Los Angeles. Outside of the office, Craig enjoys spending time with his family (wife: Cairin, son: Maverick, and beagle: Wally), exploring new restaurants, traveling, reading, and playing in recreational basketball, softball, and tennis leagues, although he is far too old to be doing that.
