Jan joined Proventis Partners in 2021. Before that, he was an M&A partner and Zurich location manager at EY. Jan has more than 17 years of experience in M&A/corporate finance and has successfully completed transactions (including M&A, carve-outs, LBOs and capital increases) in Switzerland and Europe. Jan advises privately held and listed companies as well as private equity clients in various industries and is a member of the advisory board of a Swiss industrial technology company. Jan has a master's degree in economics from the University of Zurich and is a federally qualified auditor
