Bio

Wilderich has over 20 years of corporate finance experience working for global Investment Banks in various roles. He started his career at Schroders (now Citi) and has also worked for UBS, HSBC and KPMG in senior roles based in London, where advised clients globally in Technology, Education and Industrials on M&A, JVs as well as equity and debt financings. Prior to joining Proventis Partners, he worked for a medium-sized, family-owned German company in the education space, responsible for M&A and Business Development. Wilderich holds M.Sc. (Econ) and Ph.D. (Econ) degrees from the London School of Economics & Political Science. Engagement: Royal Institute of International Affairs
