Richard F. Maroney, Jr. is a Managing Director at ProBank Austin (ProBank). He has been with the firm since 1984. Mr. Maroney co-manages the Investment Banking Division at ProBank. Prior to joining the firm, he received a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Toledo. He is the author of numerous articles on mergers and acquisitions and banking structure, and is a frequent speaker to banking groups on a wide variety of topics pertinent to the financial services industry. Having served as an instructor at the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, he has appeared as a featured speaker at the Acquire or Be Acquired national conference, sponsored by Bank Director Magazine. Mr. Maroney holds Series 63 and 79 licenses and is a registered representative of Investment Bank Services, Inc., the broker-dealer subsidiary of ProBank Austin.
