Kevin Kane, JD, is a Managing Director at ProBank Austin and has been serving the financial industry for over 25-years. Prior to joining ProBank Austin in 2018, Mr. Kane was the founder and President of New York City based Financial Regulatory Consulting, Inc., a firm he ran for 12-years. A former federal bank examiner and an author of several books and articles on regulatory issues, Kevin has instructed for the FDIC Compliance School, New York State Department of Banking, New Jersey Department of Banking, Massachusetts Department of Banking, Mississippi Bankers Association, Tennessee Bankers Association, Pennsylvania Bankers Association, and Maryland Bankers Association. He holds Letters of Law in Banking Law from Boston University, a Jurist Doctorate from University of New Hampshire School of Law, and a Masters of Business Administration. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania and District of Columbia Bar Associations. As a managing director with ProBank Austin, Kevin teaches a myriad of topics across the country, while continuing to serve clients nationwide with a focus on New York City and Chicago markets.
