Bio

Craig J. Mancinotti is a Managing Director and co-manages the Investment Banking Division. Mr. Mancinotti, who joined the firm in 1982, coordinates client projects involving M&A transactions, fairness opinions, stock valuations, strategic planning, capital planning and regulatory consulting, among other specialized services. Mr. Mancinotti served as a former instructor at the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, the Bank Administration Institute School for Bank Administration and the business school at the University of Toledo. He also served for 10 years as director of a $400 million community bank located in the Midwest. Mr. Mancinotti earned B.B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from The University of Toledo, holds Series 63 (state securities) and 79 (investment banking) licenses, and is a registered representative of Investment Bank Services, Inc., the broker-dealer subsidiary of ProBank Austin.
