Adam Davis joined ProBank Austin as CFO in 2017 and also lends his 12 years of banking experience to the firm’s consulting practice. Prior to joining ProBank, Adam served as the Chief Financial Officer of First Capital Bank of Kentucky until the bank’s sale in 2017. While at First Capital, he oversaw the bank’s financial performance while developing and executing the bank’s asset/liability, capital, and investment strategies. Adam began his career in public accounting with Crowe Horwath LLP and worked exclusively with financial institutions. During his public accounting career, Adam provided a wide range of services including internal and external audits, loan review, and consulting services to over 50 banks ranging in size from $30 million to $5 billion in assets. Adam is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Georgetown College. Adam is also a 2014 graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
