Nick Durante has several years of experience in corporate finance and securities research. Before joining Primary Capital, Nick worked as a senior analyst, assisting in sourcing, analyzing, and executing debt financing transactions for public and private companies. Prior to that he created Celestial Market Research, where he performed fundamental investment analysis through qualitative and quantitative research, such as performing valuation models, public comparables, creating SWOT analyses, and evaluating company cultures and management teams to enhance investor relations and increase market efficiency in the thinly covered microcap segment. Nick earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Political Science from Stony Brook University and currently maintains the following FINRA registrations: Series 63, 82, and 79.
