John Leo Bio

Mr. Leo is the founder of Primary Capital and focuses on investment banking transactions including origination, execution and financing. Mr. Leo has twenty years of banking experience in China and globally, and approximately twenty-five years of banking experience in the US. In addition to Mr. Leo’s hands-on experience structuring financial transactions, he also has expertise in managing compliance issues and corporate governance, having served as a board member for a number public companies. Mr. Leo maintains the following FINRA registrations: Series 7, 24, 57, 63, 79 and 99.
