Sam Hafermann Bio

Sam joined Prestwick in 2021. Prior to joining Prestwick, Sam was a member of Riveron’s transaction advisory practice focusing on buy and sell-side due diligence for M&A transactions in the middle-market. Sam began his career as an associate at KPMG. Sam has transaction experience in a variety of industries, including niche manufacturing, SAAS, healthcare, business services, and branded consumer products. Sam attended the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, where he received a BS in finance and accounting.
