Peter Warcup Bio

Peter joined Prestwick in 2024. Prior to joining Prestwick, Peter worked as a senior associate on Ernst & Young’s Financial Accounting Advisory Services team, focusing primarily on IPOs, SPAC transactions, and carve-outs. He has experience advising companies of all sizes, ranging from large multi-national corporations to privately-held companies preparing to go public. Peter attended the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, where he received a BS in accounting.
