Mike Groppetti Bio

Mike joined Prestwick in 2005 as a Partner. Prior to joining Prestwick, he was a vice president with Greene Holcomb & Fisher (now BMO Capital Markets). Mike has also worked with RBC Dain Rauscher and with Riggs Bank in London, England. Mike has nearly 20 years experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and other corporate finance transactions. He has represented a wide variety of private equity groups and entrepreneurs, as well as private and public companies located throughout North America and abroad. Mike has broad sell-side M&A experience in niche manufacturing, technology, capital equipment, business services, industrial, building products, consumer products, food and software. Mike received an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and a BS in business administration from the University of Missouri with an emphasis in finance.
