Ingo is a co-founder of Prestwick and has an extensive background in investment banking. Prior to Prestwick, he was a senior banker at Greene Holcomb & Fisher (now BMO Capital Markets) and Goldsmith, Agio, Helms (now Lazard Middle Market), both middle-market investment banking firms. For more than 25 years, Ingo has sourced and directed client engagements for both private and public companies involved in a broad range of transactions. His past clients range in size from start-up ventures to large multi-national corporations that participate in numerous industries, including consumer products, business and industrial services, diversified manufacturing, and specialty distribution. Ingo received an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and a BS in business administration from the University of St. Thomas with an emphasis in finance.
