Fritz offers Prestwick’s clients experiences in investment banking, corporate law and business advising. He has sourced and closed numerous transactions in the middle market, first with Goldsmith Agio Helms (now Lazard Middle Market) and later with Greene Holcomb and Fisher (now BMO Capital Markets) before co-founding Prestwick in 2003. Prior to becoming an investment banker, Fritz was a corporate attorney with Dorsey & Whitney in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Fritz’s experience encompasses public offerings of equity and debt securities, mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations, joint ventures, private placements, fairness opinions and valuations. He has advised clients in a number of industries including building products, industrial services, aerospace and defense, automotive aftermarket, among many others. Fritz received a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School and a BS in business administration from the University of Colorado with an emphasis in finance.
