Jamie joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2024 with nearly 30 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”) and capital raising, both as an investment banker and a corporate strategy executive. At Prairie, Jamie leads business development and transaction execution for middle market privately-held companies seeking ownership transition and for large corporate clients seeking divestitures. Jamie’s transaction experience spans across a range of industries. As a trusted advisor, Jamie navigates clients through the full lifecycle of business ownership transition, the exploration of strategic alternatives and structuring considerations, and other special situations.
